Local Offer - Each Local Authority is required to publish a Local Offer to bring together information about services for children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. What is the Information, Advice & Support Service? We provide advice, information and support on all matters relating to Special Educational Needs, including health, education and social care issues. Our service is impartial, confidential, free, arms-length and accessible. We are available face to face, by email or telephone. Please click on the two leaflets for more information.
