Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) 

Berkshire Sensory Consortium Service does not make provision to support children and young people (CYP) with APD because this is not a diagnosis that meets our criteria for involvement. We do not provide equipment for CYP with APD however, we are able to signpost schools to providers from where equipment can be purchased.

A Qualified Teacher of the Deaf from Berkshire Sensory Consortium Service may be commissioned by agreement with the school to provide a training session for school staff to gain confidence in managing any equipment that they may have purchased for use of the pupil with APD.
